3. Product Standards and Compliance

ANSI Standards

Our frames and lenses meet or exceed American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards.

Lens Warranty

Lens warranties are provided by the lens manufacturer, and specific terms vary by product. Warranties for coatings (anti-scratch, anti-reflective, UV protection) are subject to the manufacturer's specific terms. Please contact us for details regarding the warranty applicable to your lenses.

4. Orders and Pricing

Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to confirmation by Masters Optical. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Errors in product or pricing information

- Inability to verify prescription or insurance details

- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

- Product out of stock

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Pricing

- All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD).

- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order submission is the final price.

- Promotional prices are valid only for a specified period and do not apply to previous orders.

- In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Insurance

- Insurance coverage varies by plan and insurance provider. If you use insurance, we will verify your insurance benefits before processing your order.

- Insurance discounts apply only to products and services covered by your specific plan. - You are responsible for any balance not covered by insurance.

- Masters Optical is not liable for insurance claim denials, coverage limitations, or changes to insurance policy terms.

Payment Timing

HSA / FSA

Prescription eyewear generally qualifies for reimbursement under most Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). If your HSA or FSA card operates on the Visa or Mastercard network, it can be used at checkout. You are responsible for verifying eligibility with your plan administrator.

6. Order Processing and Shipping

Processing Time: Orders will ship within 1-3 business days.

Shipping

- Free UPS Ground shipping is available for all orders within the United States.

- Shipping time is calculated from the date of shipment, not the date the order was placed.

- Masters Optical is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or factors beyond our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.

7. Returns and Refunds

Items may be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and have all tags and packaging intact. Custom-made products cannot be returned for personal reasons (e.g., "change of mind"). Orders are not eligible for a full refund if the prescription is incorrect due to inaccurate information provided by the customer. You are entitled to a full remake or refund if there are defects in the lenses or frames, or if an error was made by Masters Optical. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment account; processing will be completed within 3 business days of our receipt of the returned item(s). Insurance-related refunds will be handled separately by your insurance provider.

8. Warranty and Liability

Frame Warranty

Frames are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and unauthorized modifications are not covered.

Lens Warranty

Lens coatings (scratch-resistant, anti-reflective, UV protection) are covered by specific manufacturer warranties. Lens replacements due to changes in prescription are not covered.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

- Masters Optical's total liability for any claims arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

- We assume no liability for personal injury or property damage resulting from glasses failing to meet your expectations due to inaccurate prescriptions, discomfort, or improper use.

- We are not liable for damage caused by third-party shipping carriers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Masters Optical website (including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs) is the property of Masters Optical or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

10. Prohibited Conduct

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.

13. Force Majeure

Masters Optical shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or carrier service interruptions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
