Prescription Items
Prescription items are custom-made products and cannot be returned due to personal reasons such as a "change of mind." Orders are not eligible for a full refund if the prescription is incorrect due to inaccurate information provided by the customer. You are eligible for a full remake or refund in the event of lens defects, frame defects, or errors caused by Masters Optical.
